Re: Time to get ready for "Annually 2021"...out May 7, 2021

I'm not sure it's a single is it?

It's being reported as such, but it hasn't been announced by the band. It's simply a new release.

I've ordered more, for the lockdown version of West End girls if nothing else.

Re: Recording of DJ Culture and Was It Worth It?

To be fair the 12" extended mix is FAR better it's got more space and feels less busy and cluttered. It definitely benefits from the stretching and the definitely the scratching. I agree, it's ace. It's still the Grid mix every time. I"m glad the extended mix did make Behaviour further lis...

Re: Recording of DJ Culture and Was It Worth It?

DJ Culture is easily one of their weakest singles.

great title and cover and ace remix by the Grid, but it' just a bit too busy for, it's muddy and sounds a bit bored with itself. And the lyrics are pretty pretentious, too much so on this occasion.

Re: PSB - Vaccination

The Prime Minister of Greece, whose economy depends on holidaymakers, has proposed a system of vaccine passports, a global ID card scheme which identifies the vaccinated. His logic is simple and compelling: vaccines speed up the return to normal life. A system of immunisation passports could get us ...

The Stephen Morris book is brilliant, possibly even better than Hooky's Substance

Bernard Sumner's book was a bit disappointing.

Re: DREAMWORLD Greatest Hits Tour RESCHEDULED until 2022

I feel the until there are Zero cases and Zero cases of covid then there should be no gigs, plays, festivals or anything that brings people together. The risk is too great.

Giving up worldwide gigs is a small price to pay for saving one life.

Re: Hotspot: 1 year old today

Hoping for a miracle is the highlight for me. On Waterloo Bridge you got lost in the fog Performing a crazy monologue About love and luck And do they coincide? And those lyrics, 'firing verbal shots, like a tommy gun', Amazing. and the atmosphere is foreboding and yet elegantly positive. The mysteri...

Re: News: "Chris and Neil have been at their homes, writing new songs and working on music for a new theatre production"

The tragedy of people dying does not change the cruelty and disproportionate response of Lockdown. Can anyone possibly be as stupid and callous as this implies? Sadly, the stupidity lies with those who think you can switch society off without there being serious repercussion; far more serious than ...

Re: News: "Chris and Neil have been at their homes, writing new songs and working on music for a new theatre production"

The tragedy of people dying does not change the cruelty and disproportionate response of Lockdown. In UK we have 100,000 deaths - or rather deaths recorded with 28 days of a covid test - many died of other cases but have been recorded as covid deaths 40% were a result of catching it in care homes an...

Re: News: "Chris and Neil have been at their homes, writing new songs and working on music for a new theatre production"

There will be no gigs this year. No theatre, No sport. No bars. No restaurants. No travel. No touch. No friends. No family. No tax revenue. No jobs. No non-covid health care. The disproportionate response to an over-exaggerated risk will continue to decimate western societies until there is nothing ...

Re: News: "Chris and Neil have been at their homes, writing new songs and working on music for a new theatre production"

The government has its hand on the throat of the nation and will not be letting go in a hurry.

They want zero deaths from covid, which is an impossibility. We are to remain in lockdown for a long time to come. Sadly, I do not believe there will be any live gigs next year.
