Re: PSB EDINBURGH MUSICAL SHOW

I’m shocked at the lack of love for mongrel

Then again I couldn’t stand piazza or groovy or happiness from super so I guess we all have different tastes

I still feel it’s the standout track (of the new additions)

Re: PSB EDINBURGH MUSICAL SHOW

Having listened end to end about 3 times in the last 24 hrs, I think Musik is one of the most coherent, consistently strong bodies of work the boys have released in decades. In particular, it showcases their songwriting abilities, rather than exhibiting the shiny sheen of a famous producer. I would...

You’ve got to live your life... for every moment

Nice way to finish

Hope springs eternal

Bravo

Edit: of the 3 previously unheard tracks... mongrel is bloody brilliant (9/10) imho.

Re: PSB EDINBURGH MUSICAL SHOW

Loving Mongrel... ‘me the little mongrel’... Big thumping piano chords ... but subtle chord changes, even discordant, but quality none the less Already better than all apart from the forgotten child from agenda Where agenda was mainly obvious and knowing, this is just on a different level So far so ...

Re: Which last PSB song made you feel excited (like in the old days)?

Pop kids ... offer nissim remix

Most uplifting (and contemporary) thing they’ve done in years

That version would have romped to Eurovision success

The forgotten child... most pleasing on the ear ( well first few minutes anyway)

Re: 10 years of Fundamental - Trevor Horn answers questions from forum members

Tend to agree with your comments Drico. Listened to the first 15 mins of the show and wondered if Trevor was on the wind up re his links to the boys. Personally I wasn’t sure why on social media was chosen as the lead track on the show, as even though I’m not a big fan of GSaC of the four tracks it ...
