Prices on Amazon have gone down. They're still not as cheap as those on PSB's store, but getting all three on Amazon.co.uk is now £12 cheaper than before.

Nightlife & Further Listening 1996-2000 = £19.99 > £14.99
Release & Further Listening 2001-2004 = £19.99 > £14.99
Fundamental & Further Listening 2005-2007 = £14.99 > £12.99

Prices have dropped on Amazon. CD's still a bit more expensive than the official shop although difference in shipping costs may compensate, but vinyl is now quite a bit cheaper.

Nightlife
CD - UKP 14,99: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B071K56MVR/
Vinyl - UKP 18,61: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MT2K0HD/

Release
CD - UKP 14,99: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B072QW3CSR/
Vinyl - UKP 16,43: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B072MPK8GY/

Fundamental
CD - UKP 12,99: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/B071K56NBB/
Vinyl - UKP 16,41: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MY1Q1EW/
And they have pre-order price guarantee so if the prices drop further, they will adjust your order accordingly. If they subsequently go up you will get your items for the lowest price it was listed at some point.

After the hassle of trying to get Annually off the PSB site, I've ordered the CD's off Amazon and don't care about the price as long as I actually receive them! I'll never use PSB shop again.

I for sure will never order vinyl anymore from the official site. Their packaging is so basic, everything I ever got from them arrived damaged. I rather pay a few bucks more for good packaging and less hassle.

It happened to me on "Say it to me".

It happened to me on the Leaving CD single... and they sent me an extra copy. I didn't even need to send the original back - I just sent a photo to prove the damage.

Ordering something limited is always more of a concern, because it's hard for them to send you another if it's sold out. Thankfully, that shouldn't be a concern with the upcoming batch of vinyl & FL releases.

Makes you wonder why they don't learn from it if it happens so often. You can save a few pennies on extra cardboard but if you have to ship out replacements what's the saving in the end?

Ordered two copies of Undertow from Amazon. They were separately packed in thick cardboard mailers and these again were put in a big box with extra material to prevent shifting in the box. Not saying that Amazon is perfect, it also depends on who packs your order because their packaging isn't always consistent, but in my case their success rate with shipments is much higher.

Yeah, Amazon's OK. I used to order stuff from Tower Records a over a decade ago... they were pretty good too.

As long as I can get the releases from iTunes first, I'm not in so much of a hurry to get the physical items.

I'm going to order my reissues from a small offbeat record shop nearby. It seems that after the PSB left Parlophone, they've gained a kind of "Indie Aura" about them. Actually, they do count as "Indie" now, but they appear to have gained a their own niche that I hadn't noticed a few years ago. The X2-era has had an impact (as far I can tell). The huge amount of touring the PSB have done with the "Electric", and (especially) the "Super" has obviously helped :)

Bah, the song is not available in my country.
    Interesting read though.

The German Rolling Stone magazine mentions the song too:
