This is sounding wonderful, you wouldn't expect any less from JMJ. Wow, how spoilt are we?

You can hear it start at 27 minutes into the episode (Jarre talks about a minute before it). Unfortunately not the complete track:

You win a prize! Good comment. Heard a rumour from someone close to them that this could be a single in October but it would be a JMJ single. So I take it, that this would be the second single off the JMJ album. Not sure what the first single is. Lets see if it happens.leesmapman wrote:I'm hoping for a single release for the song, but that might be a PSB single-overload

Not sure what really counts as a single in this case, as Jarre has released several tracks on streaming services before both the Electronica albums. At the moment three tracks from "Part 2" is available, the latest being "What you want" featuring Peaches.Rorie wrote:You win a prize! Good comment. October? That's quite a strung-out publicity campaign... the album's out next month!
I'm really looking forward to this track - I think it'll have something of 'This used to be the future' about it...

What You Want with Peaches has a videoclip and will be available on 12" apparently (you can order it on Amazon). And Exit with E.S. (which is rumoured to be Edward Snowden) will be available on 7" on Record Store Day (and later maybe on 12"). Heart of Noise by Rone can be seen as a single release, but all is so shadey nowadays.Rorie wrote:You win a prize! Good comment. Help me complete and correct lyrics of the two samples !
The end is total nonsense but I can't decipher what Neils sings. I can't even help but hearing some French (meaningless as well)
Can't wait to hear the full version.
Thanks !
Evening
Creeps beyond the terrasse walls
Up the church???
And the chimney
Put so high...
Watching
The moon is lost behind that clouds
...
Evening
When the sun begins to sink
Behind the smoke
There's a burning break of ???
All around...
Watching
As the colour starts to fade
And the darkness
Seems to rise
Out of the ground...
Walls, rise and falling ??
Know that building talk ???
In the city
Brick England
Brickling in the rain ??
Rock rose ??
Dalle de Gein ??
Sneak of tour????
???

I think it's
brick lane in the rain
Road closed
Diversion
Snake of tourists meandering under grey clouds
In brick England
Although your version made me laugh !!!

Isn't it ?
Walls, rise and fall
And now that buildings talk
In the city
Brick England
Just wondering if it's a reference to the walkie talkie ?
Could be wrong though
Edit. Just listened to it again. Sounds like buildings but not talk. So I haven't the foggiest what comes after buildings.

For collectors: Electronica 1 & 2 has a regular box with 2xCD and 4xLP. There's also a very limited deluxe box, but that's sold out already.
