Oh, I'm sorry. It's confusing when the page says "Review" in bold letters and you can't read the whole article. But then again... that's even better to find an interview instead of just album review !

This has me puzzled.

The Purcell reference would refer, I would think, to Love is a bourgeois construct on Electric. Even though it's from a movie, the original musical sequence is Purcell (the British baroque composer). So are they saying that yet another track is based on Purcell, or is the writer mixing things up here?
