My top 10 with #1 being my favourite

1. In His Imagination
2. Love is a Bourgeois Construct
3. Memory of the Future
4. Winner
5. Axis
6. Burn
7. Hold On
8. One-Hit Wonder
9. Requiem in Denim and Leopardskin
10. Twenty Something

I do like Winner a lot as a song. I know most do not, but I do. Unpopular opinion and I know it. I was gutted when the song was not used as the main song for the 2012 Olympics. I think ageism was the reason.
Also I do think Winner and Twenty Something have terrible music videos. However I like both of the songs.

Leaving
Inside a Dream
Love is a Bourgeois Construct
The Pop Kids
Burn
Axis
The Dictator Decides
Vocal
Inner Sanctum
Twenty-something

I finally got round to doing this; it's tough as they have had a very good decade with power to add. I'm always surprised when fans say they don't like Electric or Super, when they are so inextricably PSB. I'd agree that there are a few lightweight moments on Super in particular, but that's a consequence of its essentially upbeat clubby vibe. Looking at my top ten, there were many more tracks that I could have selected, but these are probably the ones I'm most attached to. Leaving is one of my favourite PSB tracks and the only Elysium selection, while there are four from Electric and five from Super, which perhaps surprised me. I'm rather obsessed with the haunting, ethereal quality of Inside a Dream, and Blake/Tennant/Lowe is a pretty decent line-up.

Just 10 songs?
That's not easy, "there are so many to choose from".

Here's my list in no particular order:

Vocal (an all-time favourite)
Love is a bourgeois construct ("moaning periodically" )
The Pop Kids (a song about all of us)
Breathing space
Inner sanctum (a perfect opener for a show)
Help me
The meeting
Memory of the future
In his imagination
Twenty-something
The forgotten child

Oh ... 11 songs already, and I haven't even mentioned Inside, Leaving, Hold on, I cried for us, Burn, Sad robot world and Winner.

The decade isn't over yet anyway, so surely I'd have to add some more songs to my list in September. :)

Okay, here's my playlist of the top 10 from the decade. https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3w3rt ... ryUEnn8Dz4

Say It To Me
Thursday
Leaving
The Performance Of My Life
Vocal
Listening
No More Ballads
Into Thin Air
No Boundaries
Love Is A Bourgeois Construct

I could almost replace Performance with Invisible or In His Imagination but recently the song struck a chord with me. It is comparable to Friendly Fire which I've always liked although it's not really a proper PSB song.

Just for fun here's my anti-top 10 from the decade:

Were You There? (Diamond Version featuring Neil Tennant)
Give Stupidity A Chance
What Are We Going To Do About The Rich?
Playing In The Streets
Pazzo!
Everything Means Something
Dreamland
Shouting In The Evening
The Way Through The Woods
Groovy

I can't stand those songs, I always skip over them.

On social media
Say it to me
Love is a bourgois construct
Invisible
The pop kids (The full story)
An open mind
Vocal

To keep it simple, I'm not going to bring remixes into the debate. (Also ineligible: Further Listening tracks [e.g. Ring Road] recorded before 2010.) I still overflowed with 15 (+2) tracks (in alphabetical order):

Breathing Space
The Dictator Decides
Fluorescent
Inner Sanctum
Into Thin Air
Invisible
Listening
Love is a Bourgeois Construct
No More Ballads
Say It To Me
Thursday
Together
Twenty-Something
Undertow
Vocal

special mention: The Clock sequence in The Most Incredible Thing, especially "9 o'clock."

Best collab: Brick England w/Jean-Michel Jarre.
