Anyone got a telephone number for the Pet Shop Boys online store? I pre-ordered the CD and tape both with signed prints weeks ago, but got a call tonight telling me my credit card has had fraudulent activity today and has now been blocked/cancelled. Think the fraud is unrelated to the PSB store, but want to ensure I still get the items and see no way of changing my payment details on the store - and have no way of confirming if they've already taken the payment or shipped the items . Really need to talk to them on the phone about this!

I had exactly this issue, called the number, got an email address, emailed, was sent a secure purchase link for the CD with print, repurchased, THINK it’s sorted now. Fingers crossed. Good luck to you!

Well, with a little help from Nicholas, I think they’ve resolved my order. I don’t want to tempt fate, but their customer service was great today. Let’s just hope I receive the prints....

As luck would have it, my two payments to the PSB store went through and were accepted yesterday before the fraudulent activities cause my cards to be blocked, so looks like the CD and tape will ship (with prints) as expected.

I'm very careful with my card details and online logins, so am guessing there's been a significant data breach on some website somewhere we'll probably find out about in weeks to come - just hope it ain't the PSB store provider!

I got the impression that the NatWest fraud blocker got very antsy about the fact that the payment details were submitted more than four weeks before the payment was taken. PayPal in future, I guess.

My order of the LP and Limited CD (with prints!) has just been cancelled by the shop. I have been advised to re-order but won’t get the prints. Not happy!

I wonder if this is a way to cut down on the number of prints??

Sorry, to hear this Pete13. Not good Mine says - both confirmed and has delivered written next to them (not received it or had an e-mail yet had to look in my account in the PSB store). One says something like hand signed by PSB. And the other says "New album" but, doesn't say about it being signed. The "New album" one worries me as it was pre-ordered way before they named it and I had the impression that should have had a signed print with it too. Anyone else thinking the same?

Ditto. I ordered and paid via PayPal well before the title was announced then subsequently ordered the Ltd Ed the day of availability for the print as well. It definitely stated that all previous orders would also receive a print so my expectation is I should receive 2 prints...because my vinyl, cd order were on the same. So a print per order not per copy ordered. But we shall see....

Thank you for letting me know Gabby. Hope that all fans on here that have been having problems get them sorted out ASAP.
