Are Steve Pafford and Drico the same person? Pafford's style of writing, observations and lengthy discussion bear many similarities to Drico's posts on here.

Interesting about the comments on the U1. I actually hate taking the U1.

Mr Pafford was formerly a member of this parish under the pseudonym BigBoy.
Still waiting to hear the Adam Freeland, Manhattan Clique and Axwell mixes of Integral.

No. I don't believe they are. Which reminds me. Where is Drico..? His witty observations regarding Hotspot and its b sides will be infinitely more incisive and enjoyable than the so called professional reviews in the press and media..
There is beauty in ugliness and ugliness in beauty.

You know Drico by now. He must have access to the album so he’s gone into his sealed bunker to be fully immersed in nothing but Hotspot.
I'm a proud sycophant because I like Wedding in Berlin

I was wondering where Drico is also. I thought maybe he was doing what I always say I am going to do but never do which is stay away from the forum around this time to avoid any snippets which I suspect will be found any day now.

I never ever trust anyone elses taste in PSB tunes... or even their descriptions of a track if they have heard it before me.
the amount of tunes people have told me were shitty and I thought were great is actually pretty large.

an example would be Monkey Business. I saw some peoples review of it as if its an embarrassment, yet I love the tune. so there.

Ditto - I'm partial to "Dreamland", and there's not a lot of love for that. BTH still leaves me underwhelmed and lots of people think it's a stone-cold classic. Monkey Business is fab tongue in cheek stuff. Whats not to like?

I'm also not entirely feeling it on the B-sides everyone seems to be raving about. Granted they are very strong songs, but after a few listens I haven't been back to them. Different strokes for different folks.

Personally I'll let the album speak for itself when I listen to it in full.
