Best, to wurst…

It’s Alright
Integral
Vocal
Kings Cross
Into Thin Air
Legacy
Postscript
Why Don’t We Live Together
Saturday Night Forever
You Choose
Requiem
Jealousy
Footsteps

Actually, that would be a great compilation CD…

I'm guessing Kings Cross is the strongest track by far, but Vocal would get a strong rating? Go West too, but it's maybe worn thin these days? Oh and lets not forget Jealousy - whoa!

Any particular favourites, anyone?
Anybody not saying King's Cross is not a real PSB fan.

And even in more recent albums, I adore You choose, Go West, [...]
I know time files, but I don't really think 1993 - 27 years ago - counts as "recent"...
Believe me, it's recent.

80s - Why don't we live together? Such a tune & great vocals from Neil. Love the spoken intro..

90s - footsteps - controversial maybe (..!). I've always loved the dance beats on Nightlife & this track is the perfect come down to a night in the city. And the frogs croaking at the end, classic.

00s - You choose.. Another 'come down' song.. Always liked the mood of this song. Guitars are also very lush (Did Johnny Marr play on this?? Not sure..). It's a brilliant closer none the less.

10s - Vocal- total rave tune. Pass the EE's please. PSB classic.

20s....???

They've actually been really good at choosing closers, right back to Please.

The first one I don't rate highly is Saturday Night Forever but I can see why they chose it as the closing track. Footsteps is similar - it makes sense why it's there but it's an average track. I suppose that shows the decline in quality around that time.

Not expecting much from Wedding in Berlin though. It does sound pretty ropey.

The top 5 album closers in my opinion.
Note Well: Integral is not a final track as it's the bonus track. Legacy, I refuse to admit that track exists. Easy to just ignore it.

With that out of the way here are my top 5.

1. Indefinite Leave To Remain
2. The Way It Used To Be
3. Footsteps
4. You Choose
5. Saturday Night Forever

Soo, Fundamental doesn't end with Integral or how do you mean that? :D

I could be wrong but I always thought Integral was considered a bonus track by the PSB.
If not then it's a terrible close to the album as it feels like something added to an already complete album.

Sorry I just don't get that. It's track 12 on Fundamental, it's part of the regular album and is by many considered a highlight on that album and a great closer, too. Why it would be considered as a "bonus track" I have no clue.

Integral is the last track on the main album, thus it closes it. Doesn't matter if it is a bonus track or not (it isn't).
