I am abstaining - we’re too close to the finish line. Don’t want to compromise that first listen.

Re: Snippets
Haha, the worst scenario, just one day before the access.... Perhaps some kind of a game.
I will write a single title from Hotspot and a person who is next poster must listen to this song (only this one, onli this snippet). Then she or he names another song and so on...
HOPING FOR A MIRACLE.

I've been around the world for a number of reasons. I've seen it all the change of seasons, and I, my lord, may I say nothing?

Re: Snippets
"Only the dark" is very late-vaporwave.
Re: Snippets
Oh damn!!! I didn´t want to...but I´m weak!! I just liestened to a couple of seconds each..just to know the tempo/mood of each track...and everything sounded very promissing!!
Varied and deep sounding..just what I need!

This is not my signature.

Re: Snippets
"You are the one" immediately reminded me of this, for some reason.

I'm pretty sure Babyface will be referenced in "Annually" somewhere.

Re: Snippets
I've listened to the snippets once through my tinny PC... this is a purging exercise to line me up for the 'first listen', which many have said is 'difficult', as there are so many songs that are growers.
I'm not going to listen to them again.
I'm not going to listen to them again.
Firing verbal shots.......like a Tommy Gun

Thanks for sharing, but I'm resisting
Does that mean I'm no longer a fan?

Re: Snippets
I admire the strength some of you possess. I will be downloading it ferociously the second it turns up in High Quality. As in, 18-ish hours.
Re: Snippets
Talking about snipets. Everything can change when I listen to the full thing but that's my first appreciation. Haters, let's go crazy!:
"Will-O-The-Wisp" - I love the anthemic songs from PSB but it sounds very 90's and I prefer the late 80's sounds. Anyway, you can see one of the things I love more from PSB, the filmic sounds. Looks obvious, It pretends to be one of the main songs from the album, we'll see what happens.
"You Are The One" - I like the chorus, I see a good ballad here. I hope it's not the end of the track but it looks like that.
"Happy People" - I really like it. A good cover version of Shinny Happy People. Oh wait, it's not. Anyway, I think this song is going to grow on me with the full version a lot.
"Hopping for a Miracle" - It doesn't say too much, not a particulary fan of this kind of songs.
"I don't wanna" - Good track to come with a promising thunder coming.
"Only the Dark" - I think I'm going to love this track. It sounds so sweet, so loving, so 80's. Oh my god, I am not able to get out from the 80's. Help!
"Wedding in Berling" - I never been a big fan of wedding. It was like a compromise for me. At the beginning it verse/chorus sounds a bit silly but with the Mendelssohn's Wedding March it goes better. A mix from Julian Mendelsohn is necessary.
A mixture of styles are coming but there is nothing surprising with the snippets you can see clearly it's another PSB record (which it's not obviously a bad thing). It's like they had made a compilation of the styles of sounds they have been using from the beginning ot their career till now.

Re: Snippets
Only short snippets so can't really judge the album based on those alone but..
For me "An open mind" is still the best track of this period of PSB, nothing on the album gets close to it hearing snippets
"Only the dark" is a wonderful synthwave direction they should have done the whole album in I think it's a shame as I listened to all the snippets and "Only the dark" is the only track that really grabbed and made me think of PSB
