Had first listen to Battleship Potemkin cd today!!

#1 Post by JSDOUVRES »

I have just had my first listen to the cd promo brought from lucky records and I must say that I think it is excellent. No time for tears studio version is superb and should be a single as far as I am concerned.
I hope everybody else who ordered one receives theirs soon although I really think that there will could be conflicting views about this cd.
I suppose that I received it quickly (In less than 24 hours to be precise) I could have heard it yesterday but I was at my girlfriends. Wish I wes at home now!

I've been DYING to hear the studio version of After All. I've heard a sample of it and it's AMAZING.

"It´s fundamental that we do only exist in our own universe. When you like Pet Shop Boys, you are in our world. This is absolutely crucial to our entire outlook...what we do has an incredibly strong identity and applies only to us. It´s a case of not recognising the existence of anybody else!". Neil Tennant.

Well, I hope by the time I roll back into London in the middle of August, I will be able to pick one up, from the local Notting Hill Music Exchange.

You'd be lucky as they haven't had anything good for ages
