I'm not getting carried away for top 10, Flamboyant was also #7 in the midweeks and ended up at #12.

Is it a foregone conclusion that all PSB singles will enter a fair few places lower than their midweek position? Why won't it continue steadily selling for the latter part of the week?I'm not getting carried away for top 10, Flamboyant was also #7 in the midweeks and ended up at #12.

I don't know a lot aout the UK charts, but I think what usually happens is that groups like the PSB whose sales are now mainly fan-base driven, will usually have most of their sales within the first few days of any release. Fans, by their very nature, usually buy their group's CDs on (or very close to) the day of release.kimphilby wrote:if its only no.7 now then it will drop by sunday...probably out of the top 10!!Is it a foregone conclusion that all PSB singles will enter a fair few places lower than their midweek position?
