There's another copy floating around on ebay, with the following pics. Also, it "comes full colour gloss 8-page insert with artwork (see photos)which details times/intros/questions etc".

Just received a copy today. It's very much in the same vein as the previous Interview CDs.

Very good though, nice to add to the collection. :D

No sorry i don't have a spare, but try find a copy, it's a very good listen. I do have a spare Fundamental promo though.

from what I know "now":

No 'pressed' promo-CDs around! The record company did some 'watermark' CD-Rs which later were given to Journalists & media staff.
PSB let made some additional 'watermark' copies, which were given to friends. Each of those got a special watermark in the audio and a printing on sleeve
which states (for example): "0001 bill goodin External GB"
