It might be a mistake also. For some reason, when I ripped Fundamentalism for my mp3 player, for track 7 it reads Minimal (Tiga Remix) instead of Lobe.

So I decided to email theofficialcharts.com and asked them if an act released a single across a 2-track CD, maxi CD and DualDisc would they all count towards the chart. Here's my reply:

Dualdiscs are indeed chart eligible as long as they conform to all
standard rules regarding tracklisting, packaging etc. All Michael
Jackson's singles have been re-released on DualDisc over the last few
weeks and attained chart positions.
Also the format combination you give above is possible.

Fascinating. Good of you to find that out. I was certain that in this case Domino dancing would be counted as a maxi-CD, therefore making your format combination ineligible.

Anyway this track information isn´t on the disc itself, it´s an on-line feature: the rip programs search in a data-base made with the information provided by other people that used the program before...the same situation as when somebody mislabeled something on a file-sharing program...and then creates a world wide confusion

Nah, I think the Boys are just trying to help their friend Elton out financially a bit here. Didn't his musical Lestat flop recently?

Elton is worth over 200m, and singles lose money. So I'd hazard a guess that is not the case.

It's a good tracklist I think!
In Private is a very good track, so the 2 track CD is perfect.
I hope the remixes will be good, and I'm very wondering about the "real" b-side, Blue On Blue.
I also like the minimalistic cover (it's the same that I imagined before - I don't lie!

).

I forgot to ask N&C about these B-sides last night, but at least we now know there is no other version of Fugitive other than the original demo.
