PSB and Billie Ray Martin to take part in HMV campaign
I subscribe to the official news of Billie Ray Martin (former singer of Electribe 101) and just received an e-mail including the following news (the highlighting in bold style is mine):
"Billie has been receiving the most fabulous honour from Chris Lowe of the Pet Shop Boys. As part of HMV's campaign 'My Inspiration', in which famous artists chose lines from a song that they consider an all time inspiration, Chris chose a line from 'Your loving arms'. The ads (full page) will appear in the Guardian and Independent newspapers in September to coincide with the Pets album Disco4. We will give you details soon so we can all run out and grab copies.
There may be some posters.
Aaaaand if that's not fab enough there will be a Billie Ray Martin one too, to be run at the same time, in which she has chosen a line from a Pet Shop Boys song. We are not telling you which as the surprise would be spoilt. Plan is to run it on the opposite page in the same papers for full fun effect."
I guess this makes it even more probable that Disco 4 in September is for real.

no disrespect but capitalising does not mean something will happen, lest we forget No Time For Tears was listed on several mail order sites. 'News' regarding the video is not proof of anything - it is too ambiguous to be of any worth really -what a scoop N&C will be wearing clothes they have worn on stage and in videos previously and their faces are pixelated. We've had two seemingly b/s postings related to official site announcements. I'll believe it when the o/s announces it, although the number of sites listing it on release schedules is encouragingTheGardner wrote:Once more:
Integral - Sep. 17th
Disco 4 - Sep. 24th
you DON'T need any more details to prove that this is true! The only thing which can happen is a postpone of the release date! BUT BOTH RELEASES WILL BE COME OUT LATER THIS YEAR!!!!
Still waiting to hear the Adam Freeland, Manhattan Clique and Axwell mixes of Integral.

if 'Integral' or 'Disco 4' had the same status 'No Time For Tears' had, I wouldn't done such an post (like the upper one). Yes I have to admit that most of my thoughts (in that special case) only based on my instincts, but I'm 98%/55% sure we will get the announced releases - 98% for a worldwide 'Disco 4' and 55% for an UK only release of 'Integral'.Flaffer wrote:no disrespect but capitalising does not mean something will happen, lest we forget No Time For Tears....
A single release still can be stopped by the RC, but the album release can't anymore! But why stop a single release, if there's a album release right around the corner! It all makes sense now - and I'm so sure, since I heard the announced release dates from more than one record shop in the internet! That isn't coincidence!
