Fugitive is a great song for a single!
1. The dance element in this song is stronger than any PSB have done in at least an age.
2. 99% of the public wouldn't get what it was about anyway, which is a very god pop song qualification.
I'd rather see this as a single than Integral. Wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't included in some form on the imminent Disco 4.

It still seems nothing is sure which is really a pity! Why's it so hard to release Disco 4 and a "Integral" single?!?!

From PSB-online.com:

SirenDisc.com just has updated their infos about the upcoming releases, which possibly will released in the following formats:

Integral (Sep. 17.) - release on 12" Vinyl and Enhanced-CD
Disco 4 (Sep. 24.) - release on CD and Vinyl

All those facts are taken from mail order shops in the internet! According to Neil nothing is REALLY confirmed yet! So please take these infos for your own use. We assume the release dates could be postphoned another time to a later date! EMI Germany currently deny an release of 'Integral' which make us think, that the single will come out as a Parlophone -UK only- release.

Check back the official page in the next weeks!

I think it would be cool if they revamped integral and made it into one of those acoustic guitar type sing along protest songs that john lennon seemed to do so well.

Sorry, but I really dislike that idea  - or did you write it as a joke?

I think 'Integral' should be made more techno!

Russian biggest media-market, "Purple Legion" says in recent newsletter that Disco 4 will include PSB remixes of singles from Madonna and "The Killers".
source (in russian)
"I think it’s an amazingly good album, I’ve got to be honest with you. It’s one of the albums I feel most proud of. But for people who don’t really know us, and have a sort of an idea about us, ‘Electric’ is more what the Pet Shop Boys are meant to be."
(Neil Tennant, speaking about "Elysium" on the eve of "Electric" release.)

Even Billobard speaks about the new release of Disco4: http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/discogra ... id=1058823 even if I don't think that in it will be the remixes for Madonna and Killers, too much problems of copyrights to involve them.

sounds like a joke but only because you havent heard it done that way by them. but in any case, assuming they dont just use the original version or a slightly edited version of it (both of which are the most likely whats its going to be), the odds are they would do it your way more than my way anyways.

Considering that each version of Disco so far has had it's own unique twist, including PSB mixes of other artists would make sense this time around.

I hope that someday they release a CD with all the remixes they did for other people. Until then, I prefer "Disco 4" featuring remixes of PSB songs and new songs from them too.

I agree with you. Ideally, I'd like Disco 4 to feature extended versions of 4 or 5 new/unreleased songs, with remixes of "After all," "Miracles," "The Resurrectionist," or "Fugitive." There's not really too many danceable songs on Fundamental.

If Disco 4 is indeed a collection of PSB remixes, I don't really see why Integral is released as a single, to promote it. Unless the new single version of Integral is based upon a new PSB remix.

I liked the PSB Maxi-Mix of I'm With Stupid a lot. I prefer it over the single version.

I think now PSB made the right decision. On Disco 3, they could've released Here as a single to promote it, but they haven't. And the PSb remix for that is awesome.

Now maybe it will happen with Integral.

Because they won't sleep until the song is released, somehow...someday...somewhere...
