I'll buy it anyway..its PSB,

but like others have pointed out, they could have put down all their main remixes for others. Its a nice concept..but the no of tracks leaves it feeling short changed :?
Left to my own devices, I probably would...

Blur - Girls and Boys - PSB 12" mix
Yoko Ono - Walking On Thin Ice - PSB extended dance mix (instead of the electro mix)
Rammstein - Mein Teil - PSB "You are what you eat" mix (instead of the no guitars one)
Kiki Kokova - PSB vocal mix

Also, what happened to the PSB remix of I'm Gay?

Same here, but really glad "I'm gay" Isn't included. : )

Oh, I wasn't suggesting it be on D4!

I was just wondering what happened to it seeing as we're talking about PSB remixes.

A better release titel would be:

Pet Shop Boys - Boring

out now on "limited edition toilet paper".

I think the Sorry Maxi-Mix is in the tracklisting for a purpose. It should be the opening track on Disco 4. :x

oh well, i'd rather hear the proposed ballet soundtrack - i bet that will be better - and ballets are shite!
Totally agree!!! If this is the new deal with EMI: it's a total disgusting. I don't know if I will go to buy it (maybe yes 'cos I'm a fan but I don't think to be a stupid fan), but I'm very sad tonight. I've waited for this album with a lof of hopes to see another great remix album like Disco 3 or at least a good album like the first Disco, but here we will see something maybe uglier than Disco2 (and this time we will can not give the guilt to Danny Rampling for this sad album). At this point, it was much better to release a collectio0n of PSb remxies by themselves greatest hits (with Discoteca, I don't know what you want but I can't give it any more, I'm With Stupid, Here, Integral...)

What a bummer! Remixes of other people's songs was not what we were waiting for... They shouldn't release it as a PSB Disco album!

Never been so dissapointed with the anouncement of a new PSB release. I will buy it for sure... somewhere next year when stores are giving you extra money with it to get rid of it.

Whoa folks!!!

OK, I know some people are disappointed... but the PSB have been remixers in their own right for quite a while now, and I can understand why they want to release an album of their own remixes... kind of like EVERY single remixer/DJ/producer out there right now!

As for the people here that say that that they'll be "forced" to shell out $$$ just for the new Integral mix... well, it will be all over the place (illegally )in September anyway... so just don't buy the album.

There's one little bonus that I've not seen mentioned so far. To the best of my knowledge the PSB extended mix of "Hallo Spaceboy" was vinyl only, and I've never heard that remix in really good remastered CD quality (I have about 5 versions of it and all of them are mediocre at best in sound quality), so it'll be nice to finally have a decent version of that track (which is terrific, by the way).
