Good spot. Doesn't really owe much to the original though!

"I think it’s an amazingly good album, I’ve got to be honest with you. It’s one of the albums I feel most proud of. But for people who don’t really know us, and have a sort of an idea about us, ‘Electric’ is more what the Pet Shop Boys are meant to be."
(Neil Tennant, speaking about "Elysium" on the eve of "Electric" release.)

Nice mix, I liked it a lot. Thanks! 8)
And everything about tonight feels right and so young
And anything I'd want to say out loud will be sung
It's in the music...

Yes, very good remixes. Superior to his "Minimal" one.

It´s ok. More vocals would have been nice.

Love them, especially the dub. Sander van Doorn mix is excellent too, very energetic. Any news on other (official) remixes out?

THe ROSARIO MIX is Excellent ..LOVE IT !!!!
Why hasn't it been released officially ?...and why so long after the album RUDEBOX originally came out ?...Does it mean it was at first intended as a possible single ?
Its so expensive on EBAY :( , hopefully the prices will go down a bit in a while. REAL COLLECTOR ITEM, the PURPLE SLEEVE is quite flashy too !
Every fan of the PSB will love this mix ! :D

The other remixes 'Close my eyes' are due to be released on December 29th on Nebula. Promos already in circulation (cheaper than the Rosario promo!!

Received the promo today for 'Close my eyes'. Always love the wording on the release stickers or press sheets hyping up the tracks. Thought fans might like this one:

'Close my eyes' is a rework of We're the Pet Shop Boys' which featured on Robbie Williams 2006 album 'Rudebox' , a cover of the Pet Show (sic) Boys version written my My Robot Friend. Sander van Doorn (one of the world's top DJ /Producers) produced the bootleg and it was given the blessing of both Robbie Williams and Pet Shop Boys.

Sander is now regarded as one of the worlds leading dance producers, thanks to the enormous club hits such as 'Riff', 'The Bass' and 'By Any Demand' as well as his anthemic remix of Sia's 'The Girl You Lost to Cocaine' on Sanders own Doorn label. It goes without saying the 'Close My Eyes' is going to be a monster Big Room Anthem in the coming months.

THE MONSTER BOOTLEG BECOMES OFFICIAL!!!
