It specifically is about banning abortions that are carried out in the fifth month of pregnancy when a fetus is viable.Voting "present" means he voted against the "partial birth abortion ban." So basically Obama is in favor of killing a viable baby in the 8th month of pregnancy because it came from a rape. Not sick at all is it? A life is a life whether it came from rape or abortion.
