For those of you who remember the Krypton Factor (or who have seen the new series!) here's a linky to some of the same tests they do.
For people who have no idea wtf I am rattling on about, it is a show where contestants have to prove their mental ability with a lot of different tests... kinda like brain training exercises. This link (although it mentions business) is the same sort of challenges. I find the green blocks ones infuriatingly hard!

Re: Funny, silly, interesting or strange net finds ...
This is supposed to be kinda funny
:
You Know You're From Chicago When:
Your idea of a traffic jam is ten cars waiting to pass a tractor on the highway.
You measure distance in minutes.
You know several people who have hit a deer....and sometimes the same deer.
Your school classes were canceled because of the cold.
Your school classes were canceled because of the heat.
Stores don't have bags, they have sacks.
You see a car running in the parking lot at the store with no one in it, no matter what time of the year.
You end your sentences with an unnecessary proposition. For example: "Where's my coat at?" or If you go to town I wanna go with."
All the festivals across the state are named after a fruit, vegetable, grain or animal.
You install security lights on your house and garage and leave both unlocked.
You think of the major four food groups as beef, pork, beer and Jell-O salad with marshmallows.
You carry jumper cables in your car.
You don't pronounce the "s" in Illinois like the rest of the world.
Vacation means going to Six Flags.
Driving is better in the winter because the potholes are filled with snow.
You think everyone from a bigger city has an accent.
You know if another Illinoisan is from southern, central or northern Illinois as soon they open their mouth.
You know all 4 seasons: Almost Winter, Winter, Still Winter and Construction.
You think that deer season is a national holiday.
The local paper covers national and international headlines on one page but requires 6 pages from sports.
There is a Dairy Queen in every town with a population of 1,000 or more.

Re: Funny, silly, interesting or strange net finds ...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJrEe8_gi64 It´s from finnish tv-channel. The host of Voittopotti has a bad day. Unfortunately without translation but what happens:
The guy says it took 10 minutes for someone to call there. And wonders that the programm should be moved to a prime time as it seems to be so popular.
The first caller is Antti. He guesses a book but it´s wrong. He´s the only one to call so far. Then Antti asks whether the host has thongs on.
The host answers that he has red and leather ones.
Then he just says something non-important things. All the wrong answers are rolling theree at the bottom of the screen. Quite a few.
The next one´s Kimi. He says the line´s not very good and the host suggests that he can buy a new one with the money. Kimi guesses planer. Wrong of course. And then he tells the host to "f*** off" and laughs.
Then the host just laughs and finally decides to open nearly the whole pic as he´s so frustrated.
