I'm with Stupid is good, but not as good as love etc IMO, it feels like theres more too Love etc.
I think the lyrics of "Love Etc." are a little bit better in one context. But in other, is almost as bad as it's good. "Love Etc." is a modern music, cheerful, and I can find a little of sensibility in the whole thing. But the geniality of "I'm With Stupid" is bigger than "Love Etc." The irony of them comparing the depth relationship between Bush and Blair is incredibly amazing. I know they don't want to do that with Yes, I know, but I can't approve that much somethings. By the way, I love them and I hope it becomes a hit there in UK and why not, here in Brasil.
I started, in the first days, claiming for the people that don't like, that they can't compare it with any other material of PSB, because the conception and proposition are so much different, as it really is. I only hope that this do well in the charts and in the popularity of them around the world.
But no way, if I compare it with anything previous, I can't say it's better. It's good considering the intention they have for it. Well, hope to like it with the time. I'm trying, seriously.
Don't misunderstand my commentary, please. Just my opinion.
And the man-chants that are beginning the song, they make him sound a lot more gay, i am sorry to say that, i don't have anything against gay people even tho God does not approve of it (they are an abomination) ... i do not judge tho!!!
