at Wembley Stadium. Includes Yes, Seal, Pet Shop Boys, Grace Jones ...

I didnt watch it all but a nice set by PSB of Left To My Own Devices

I think after the news at 9pm. I am listening in glorious digital (though my digital radio rather than online). 'He's so fine'. Oh sorry they are playing the Chiffons thought it was an intro for Neil!

A news report with a bit of info from a radio interview Neil conducted today:

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/18/20090221/te ... 6114e.html

Pet Shop Boys composing music for London ballet
4 hours 6 mins ago

British pop duo the Pet Shop Boys are writing original music for a new ballet that could open in London in 2011, the band's singer told the BBC on Saturday. The ballet, which will feature "electronics and strings", is based on a story by Danish author Hans Christian Andersen, Neil Tennant told BBC Radio in an interview.

"It's quite a big project," Tennant said. "There's a lot of music to write but we've written half an hour of it and we've done a bit of a workshop with them.

He added: "It's got a story, it's like a Tchaikovsky ballet in that it's based on a story by Hans Christian Andersen.... We're going to be working on that across the year but we're touring so we probably won't get it really finished until the end of next year." Tennant added that a choreographer had already been hired for the ballet.

The ballet will open at the Sadler's Wells theatre in central London, known for its showcasing of contemporary dance. Last week, the Pet Shop Boys, made up of Tennant and keyboardist Chris Lowe, were recognised for their outstanding contribution to music at the Brit awards, the biggest night of the year for British music.

The duo has sold more than 50 million albums, with their 10th record "Yes" set to be released next month.
