the sick thing about that is, I totally forsee in the future tatoos will evolve to being essencially just like that. tatoos will be raised designs in the flesh somehow.

lol thats cute. but my girlfriends dog once did something similiar,he would scoot on his butt and look at you as if he was trying to say something... and we thought it was so funny....but it turned out he had poop impacted and it was his way of trying to unlodge it.....it wasnt so funny anymore.

^^ Some of the people commenting at this video said that English bulldogs have frequently problems caused by their "twisted" tail, and also by some glands in that area. Thatcher the dog might have had such problems, but she looks so cute in that video, poor little thing. The breed she belongs to seems adorable to me.
