oh man thats too funny. I bet I know what happened. the clip editor had that in as a joke as a sort of place holder tune as a joke just to show around to others and then later he would put in the actual music.
either he forgot or someone else wasnt told it wasnt ready to be aired.

that was her 15 minutes of fame too, she proably told everyone she knew to watch the show that night. yeeeoww!
