Hotspot booklet

#1 Post by wieske »

Any thoughts about the Hotspot booklet? I miss the lyrics and... what about the rather bizarre photos used?
Don't give me all your northern pain
Don't sell me New York in the rain
Let's leave our promises behind
Rewind and try again

Yes, I wonder about that too. Why no lyrics? This is the first album since Very not to include the lyrics in the booklet!

The photos remind me of the Release era tour programme. Too bad about the omission of the lyrics, but they'll be in the new Annually and in the Hotspot Further Listening anyway

I love the booklet. One of the best PSB booklets. I love abstract photos, and I don't miss the lyrics as I never care about lyrics in booklets.

Are the Boys said the lyrics will be in the Annually? Or are you just guessing?

Mine arrived from official store today but i dont get the point of the booklet at all. At least if it had lyrics then fair enough or even the boys in the photos but it seems pointless.

I'm guessing, but lyrics are always printed in Literally/Annually

Some of the photos have a very strong Wolfgang Tillmans vibe to them. So we at least know that his ways with a camera rubbed off on one or other of them ; )
