4: Regular european CD single, US CD single, KLF vs. PSB and that one with the 9" mix. I had the Morales mixes once, but I sold it, because I don't like the remixes.

Five: 7" (bought in France on a school exchange trip and somehow managed not to break it for the whole of the two weeks and the return trip on the ferry), 12", KLF vs PSB, European CD single, US CD single (picked up for the princely sum of 25p last year - charity shops are your friend).
