I don't get the point of this Japanese sleeve at all. Adding a part of the song title of the lead single would have led to some weird album titles in the past

It's just a crap title, dVTB. It would have worked had they called it "Yes etc." But they seem to insist that the main album is called "Yes, Pet Shop Boys", rather than just "Yes", and so they've tried to shoe-horn a bit of cleverness into this and come up with a camel instead of a horse. Ah, well.
