There are 3 sellers (columboegg, climbingaboard and 2015vialex10000) of these "Portuguese Unique" versions. They are genuine vinyl but the original covers are replaced with flimsy printed at home covers.

I fell foul to one of the "ultra rare" Portuguese Introspective promos - when I suspected and returned the item, surprise surprise the address given by the seller was unknown in Portugal. eBay did a great job in getting my money back though.

Please don't buy them they are horrible quality.
Thanks for the heads up.

It looks like “lucky Larry” is up to it again.......

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PET-SHOP-BOY ... 0033.m2042

Interesting that the listing says he/she is based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire but looking at the end of the actual listings blurb he/she’s business is in Manchester?

This person also sold the “Brick England” promos along with those Pop Kids / Say it to me Brazilian promos.

I think we should add his/her name to the list.

Gotta be honest, don't like the way this luckylarry/promorecords person is scamming people, but... You have a limited batch of these promo CDs that are going for extortionate prices. These are at least reasonable. I have to say I bought several items from them, and they were not mp3 sourced or anything. Just a minute ago, I bought the probably-fake-too "Axis" promo. And you know what? A single exclusive edit shouldn't cost 50 quid, or 69.99, as one seller's asking for it, it's insane. This "thief" is probably just returning his investment.
You know what would stop this? Just a single person leaking all these promo tracks.

Received the "fake" Axis promo... and it's a scratched CD, to add to the insult. The audio seems fine, and I don't wanna go through the hassle of returning and re-ordering it. If a kind soul would share lossless files to compare (or vice versa), I'd be eternally grateful. Even if they're making fakes, they're always WAV sourced.

there is a

portugese promo 7" love comes quickly that keeps popping up on ebay.

I cant see it mentioned anywhere - its the standard sleeve zoomed out and in black and white

Thoughts

Also i have seen a Portuguese heart 7" (that has neil and chris together) side by side (as oppose to behind on the remix)

Any thoughts on these - they are not on psb-catalogue - but i have seen official items not on there

?

There are lots of fake/boot sleeves that crop up from Portugal/Spain/Mexico. They usually have an authentic disc but with the new sleeve and a high asking price. Avoid, unless you like expensive curios.

I'm not buying any CD/vynil from Russian people or China because they are 99% fake must of the time.
Also I preferring to pay more and buy from trusted sources.
