Love Etc
Buzzjack have this listed as a physical single release. No date as yet, just amongst the forthcoming 2009 releases...

Re: Love Etc
16th March is the proposed release date for Love, Etc, which is pretty logical given that the album is pencilled in for the following week. It will probably change, though.
Passion, love, sex, money, violence, religion, injustice and death. More on that story later.

Re: Love Etc
Someone wrote there, that it sounds like Basshunter and Leonard Cohen (and someone else agreed with him, oh :/)...well, if it's true i will spend that 3 minutes with Love Etc. and it will be my last meeting with this band :/ I'm fuc...afraid of that :/
...but on the other hand i believe they are liars
and whole this performance is directed by fuc...Lydia
in some way.

I've been around the world for a number of reasons. I've seen it all the change of seasons, and I, my lord, may I say nothing?

Re: Love Etc
nah, they probably got it.
I popped over there to see what they were saying about it and I saw blueswan/syncratic commented on it, thats not really their style to go with some concocted sham.
I am koo koo crazy for the next CD but fairly blase about the single love etc,I dont know why.we'll get it. tomorow morning if my head isnt ringing too much I will check the usual p2p sources and see if anything pops up.
anyways I'm out to some bars to get intoxicated etc

According to all the things have been said about "Love, etc" by people who have heard it I'm starting to thing is not going to be a really good song. I hope to go wrong. I don't know if someone has the same feeling.

Well, Zeus's forum is notoriously hard to please. Even if it was PSB's greatest song ever, one of those clever dicks would find a reason to hate it; like it's too good. I mean, really.nickname wrote:According to all the things have been said about "Love, etc" by people who have heard it I'm starting to thing is not going to be a really good song. I hope to go wrong. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, nickers. Have a siesta.

I take all reviews with a grain of salt. Even the likes of Popjustice.nickname wrote:According to all the things have been said about "Love, etc" by people who have heard it I'm starting to thing is not going to be a really good song. Seems like the songs/albums I love are the ones everyone else hates anyway (ie. Disco 2 & Nightlife)
Don't worry. Chances are fairly good we won't be disappointed.
And everything about tonight feels right and so young
And anything I'd want to say out loud will be sung
It's in the music...

Re: Love Etc
The thing with PSB releases is that I always *like* them, its just whether I like it as much as some of the other stuff they have done. So, for example, I happen to think that Release is my least favourite PSB album but right now I have Birthday boy (as its almost Christmas Eve) playing and I still quite like it and I think it is a good song. Its just that its not as good as some of their best stuff.
Anyway, quite often I have been disapointed with first singles from PSB albums only to go on and love the actual album. That certainly happened with Bilingual- I thought Before was a really weak first single yet Bilingual is a great album and Before works as an album track, just not as a single. Same goes for So hard. Behaviour is the best PSB album, in my opinion, yet So hard was a very straight forward slightly average choice as first single (but again works well as an album track).
I am sure this new album will be good. Its just a matter of how good....
