Disco 2 two disc set

Hi Everyone!

Jack from San Francisco here. I recently unearthed my PSB collection after a 15 year nap and I came across a copy of Disco 2, a 2 disc set but I've not really found any information regarding it. Was it a limited release? From everything I can tell by looking at it, it looks like a US release. Can anyone help? Thanks!
