Bilingual era 3 track promo video question

Hey all. I need some help here with regards to a video I have. Through the fog of time, I just simply cannot recall if this came bundled with a CD or some other means. I have a three track UK (PAL format) video containing the videos for Paninaro '95 (not stated on the sticker), Se A Vida E and Before. There's no sticker on the face of the cassette, but there is one on the spine that has the PMI logo at the top and then lists the artist (Pet Shop Boys) and the videos - off to the right the format. So, did this come bundled with the Bilingual release in the UK or...?
