Re: Annually and Agenda CD lost by Digital Stores

I had the following cancellation message 2 weeks ago : "When your order was placed we had an authorization to debit the payment which lasts for a month. When we came to process your order this run out so we tried to re-authorize payment but payment re-authorization this second time was not successf...

Re: PSB EDINBURGH MUSICAL SHOW

Wonder if these four new songs will emerge in their demo form on another EP? Seems to be a worthwhile method of releasing themed tracks that otherwise don't fit a full release. As for The Turing Project there's already a more than acceptable live recording, sure only die hard fans would want it so i...

Re: New EP in April: Agenda

Just had a thought: Do you think the E.P. title could be a cunning double-entendre and another of their sly sexual references (viz: Before): Agenda/A Gender?

Re: Agenda: Top Three Moments

The gradual swell of the strings in The Forgotten Child, becoming ever more insistent until the drum beat kicks in. The delicious middle eight in On social media, especially #blessed I find myself humming What are we going to do about the rich? more and more. It's that infectious football chant by w...

Re: New EP in April: Agenda

Personally I'd be grateful if the moderators either deleted or moved to an off topic location anything political which doesn't directly refer to the E.P, it's contents of even PSB in general as it's become extremely tiresome (and in some cases loathesome) and ruined an otherwise excellent thread. I ...

Re: New EP in April: Agenda

Who else thinks a new T-shirt as below available at concerts and via their website would sell by the bucketload?

Re: New EP on April: Agenda

There are two subjects liable to fuel passionate debate - one is politics, the other is religion, so I look forward to a future E.P on that topic! Neil is probably laughing his socks off at the irony of fans furiously arguing about the political content and acting like the very keyboard warriors he ...

Re: Grateful, beyond belief

This morning feels so weird waking up without a new PSB track to savour over breakfast. Thank you so much Neil and Chris for delighting and adding a lovely sense of both surprise and anticipation to an otherwise dull week.

Re: New EP on April: Agenda

That's quite beautiful on very first listen. Totally different to the other three tracks, I'm certain that "The child" is meant metaphorically but can't yet guess relating to what. All very mysterious.

Re: Grateful, beyond belief

I'm loving the surprise, a new track a day to savour and I don't miss the irony of writing about social media whilst using those channels and the Internet generally to put it out there. The video for On social media is amongst their finest, the sense of Tongue in cheek parody simply delicious - and ...

Re: New EP on April: Agenda

I don't see the problem They've changed direction a few times, I don't especially like anything on Bilingual but doesn't mean I'm not still a fan. They've done political before, Christ Paul Weller and Billy Bragg have made a complete career out of it. Give them some slack.

Re: New EP on April: Agenda

I can just hear Noel Coward singing 'What are we going to do about the rich?' Definitely one for the football terraces. Probably a target more can identify with after the divisiveness of Give stupidity a chance. Nice, light and bouncy.

Re: New EP on April: Agenda

I've played On social media about 30 times today, an absolute earworm and one of the best tracks they've ever recorded. So pithy, so on target, so droll... But accompanied by that video which is extremely clever it raises it to another level - it deserves airplay. If there was any justice this would...
