There is good in every genre. Don't just write off a whole section of music. Apart from Glam Rock, of course. That had no redeeming qualities at all.

Oh, for God's sake. Gay people have performed and recorded all sorts of music - not just dance or disco! Remember alternative band "Sugar"? Heavy stuff indeed. This vocalist and songwriter happened to be gay - so what? How someone choses to express their sexuality in the few private moments they do-...

It's still violating copyright laws though, isn't it?!

Having said that though - it's an absolutely cracking version. I bet the PSB would LOVE this! Nice reinterpretation!

PSB fans may also like 'Living In Your Shadow' ( http://www.trustnoone.org.uk/shadowsong.htm ) and l'Feel So Cold' ( http://www.trustnoone.org.uk/socoldeditsong.html ) for electronic dance stormers. Fans of the ballads, such as 'Do I Have To?' may enjoy 'The Meaning's Never In The Words I Say' ( htt...

I agree... "Friendly Fire" is not a b-side, but then again, it was never a regular UK album track. Nevertheless, it still does not make it a b-side. "Friendly Fire" (as we all know) was issued as a track on the special CTH UK 4-track CD, and as bonus track on the US double disc version of Release. ...

It's not an argument, it's a fact: 'Closer To Heaven (Slow Version)' wasn't a B-side, 'Friendly Fire' was (additional audio track on the DVD single of 'I Get Along'). Simple. Agreed that 'Closer To Heaver (Slow Version)' ought to be on 'Nightlife - Further Listening' though.

For me, the only one I think really, really should have been a single was 'The Theatre' - would've appealed to the people who liked the big productions like 'It's A Sin'. A lost classic.

That was the encore at the performances, wasn't it? It's essentially a slower version of 'For Freedom', but how does it sound in the "single" form. Would be great to hear this as a 'Fundamental' B-Side. I'm weird in that I love PSB B-Sides more than regular non-single album tracks. Just think they d...

I love the entire album - my favourite from last year. Thought of it as a "novelty" at first, but kept going back to it time and time again. I really think 'For Freedom' should have been extended by a minute or so and released as a single or B-side.

Hi there, I've been a PSB fan ever since West End Girls in 1985 - have all their albums on CD, and almost all the singles. I also make PSB-influenced music in my spare time, that you may well like... visit http://www.TrustNoOne.org.uk to hear our stuff - you can stream all the stuff we've ever done ...
