seems you can't change anything, after someone voted or replied to your (poll-)topic. The only thing you can do is mailing the admins to change somethings on your poll/topic.

should be that cookie problem which appear from time to time. You're logged in, but the software lost you whenever you try to post a reply and noticed you're not logged in.

You have to clear out your temporary internet cache and it should be solved then!
