Many thanks for your suggestion, quite difficult to find a site selling those tickets (and musicpool gives even the print-at-home chance).

I think that sooner or later even a Swiss gig will be added. Quite strange that the today newsletter doesn't mention a couple of German gigs already confirmed...

I'm not so sure... lots of old releases are now printing on DVD only and the DVDs and BDs are continuing going down, so I'm not so sure that BD will be the only format so soon...
