At least, Chris still really loves Before and it was a top 10 in UK. :shhh:
It will be interesting to see if So Hard gets an outing as he certainly is no fan of that.

Why is 35 suddenly an anniversary of note? No one outside of the desperate moribund world of physical music marketing celebrates the 35th anniversary of anything. It's an ugly number. They did nothing for the 30th anyway
They're five years nearer the end now.

Re: DREAMWORLD TOUR

Why is everyone assuming that there even will be a Greatest Hits album? Have I missed some news somewhere? I don't see why a GH tour assumes an accompanying compilation release really. I think there definitely will be. The re-release of the books, the mysterious tweeted photos, the ‘greatest hits’ ...

Re: DREAMWORLD TOUR

Yes, I’m not a huge fan of that version. I miss the driving orchestral flourishes of the original.

Re: DREAMWORLD TOUR

I’m hoping that they use the songs to tell some kind of narrative, rather than simply regurgitating the hits per se. Channel the spirit of Performance for the hoi polloi.

Re: Dreamland chart positions

So next year it'll be 35 years since their first Parlophone single was released. Why can't they just replicate Doris Day, Vera Lynn and Frankie Laine who were all over the singles chart in the mid-1980s? :?

Although they wont get to number one ( The Rich and Forgotten Child might have been number 1 in the 80's ;) )
Only with the better production. And less gay stuff.

Just googled Adam Tremadoc......ummmmm.... so was he in the audience or 'backstage'? :shifty:
He's on Walliams' left when it cuts to the audience. Not sure if they hooked up afterwards..... :shifty:

Liberation left out of the PSB Special. Maybe for the best. All it's remembered for now is David Walliams' appearance.

Re: Rate "Dreamland"

Watching the performance in the Hyde Park, it is the most obvious interpretation casual people and even fans can give to the song. I don't see any reference to refugees on it. nickname, I know that you're not the sharpest tool in the box but do you automatically assume that singers in duets a...
