Dreamworld sounds corny, like an Erasure tour.
Yes it does. They should have called it "Standard Gay Utopia Disco Track". And the posters look like any generic greatest hits/80s band

The strangest thing's that it was supposed to be a sort of sequel to "Luna Park", not an uplifting kind of thing. And if the whole lyric's ironic and political the effect is lost in cheap disco euphoria. You can say "Go West" was cheesy, but its saving grace was the very layer of melancholy that's nowhere to be found here.

How many Elysium songs did they include on the Electric tour? Or any of their shows since? (Not a rhetorical question btw - please enlighten me here but I bet it's not many)
Electric tour featured One More Chance medleyed into 'A Face Like That' and - if I recall correctly - the Stuart Price arrangement of 'Memory Of The Future'.

Electric tour started with Invisible being in the set… but people ruined it by talking all through it… so it was dropped.

Oh yeah, forgot about 'Leaving' in the Electric tour. Thing is, to some extent, the Electric tour was also the Elysium tour, as both albums were released just 10 months apart, and there was no 'Elysium' tour.

Consider all the tracks they stopped playing and you realise how many of them they weeded out. No way are we ever gonna hear Footsteps or Before live again.

Never say never.

At least, Chris still really loves Before and it was a top 10 in UK. :shhh:

It will be interesting to see if So Hard gets an outing as he certainly is no fan of that.

He likes the Morales mix though... sure Price could do a reworking of the single version which pulls in bits of that.
Woof.
