It is collectible, but how collectible depends upon whether the versions shown / on the tape are different from the issued 7"/12" versions. I don't know whether you have the ability to compare. Just posting the length of the tracks may give an initial clue. Alternatively you could send digitized versions to one of us to compare (this is not me asking for them - just offering a solution to your question)

I feel the mixes are the same as those commercially released. Info taken from PSB Catalogue.
