POP ART-5 SONGS FROM OUR HISTORY

#1 Post by PETHEAD72 » Mon 20 Feb 2017, 11:40 pm

Hi,
This is quite rare, japanese promo only.does anyone have this in their collection?,if so what would you say the current value is?....i reckon the £425 on psbdiscography is a bit out of date.

I don't have it in the collection, I was offered it way back for £150 but thought it was a rip off - I didn't realize it was limited to 25. Story of my flipping life!

I'd probably say is double the psbdiscography valuation. Quite a few things on there are a little on the low side. Ultimately I guess they are only worth what people will pay for them though.

I wish we could go back to the 80s/90s collecting prices!!

Hi,

I've bought the cd, separately quite a few years ago.
Don't know where I've put the folder which I've bought 1-2 years later :?

I'd agree with Padster and would rate it more between 600-800 UKP (mint) as you don't come across it very often.

Flipping heck!

I'm even more gutted now!

Back then it didn't fit my collecting requirements, it was all about unique tracks & mixes. So something that had 5 released tracks on just didn't appeal. Now it would.

You must have a great collection now PETHEAD72.

Hi PETHEAD7,

thanks, I've bought the cd from EIL

The folder came from a contact in Japan, later and was only in very good condition and not near mint.

BTW: if I'll ever decide to sell my Introspective clear vinyl set, it would be nice to see it in your collection...

promised, PETHEAD72 :)

I was lucky enough to grab some nice rare items (Clear intro, Compiled etc. ) for my collection during my "crazy PSB years".
Cost quite a fortune and from time to time I'm thinking of selling.
Resisted until now - but one never knows...

I have the CD but not the folder. When I originally bought it I did not realise that it was part of a package. The slipcase is defaced on the reverse side with 3 unsightly sticky strips where it had presumably been originally stuck to the folder. I have left the strips as they are as trying to remove them will cause further damage to the slipcase.
