For some reason I keep on singing 'all the young dudes' along to it

Bizarre I know

I compare it to their previous first singles... on that basis it performs poorly

Possibly better than Home and Dry.. but that was a low point during their 'difficult' period

I gave it a 5

The background bit sounds like a slowed down version of OMD's 'RFWK'......

Not bad, it definitely has an element of catchiness

I gave it 2 and that was out of politeness, I feel rather embarrassed that the guys have recorded this let alone are releasing as a single, I can't stop thinking about the amazing songs rejected over the years as singles and now we are given this, it can almost make me angry.

I like it. It's not their best, but it is far from their worst. A 7.5 out of 10 is ok to me.
The only thing with it is that sounds too cheesy, and absolutely like Enya!

I love it. As usual Neil can make even the most up beat lyrics sound sad. The song manages to sound both triumphant and melancholy. And the way they point out that while victory is sweet it's only so for a fleeting moment, and must be " enjoyed while it lasts " is superb :D

Beautifully sung, arranged and produced. Easily a 9 out of 10.

That's 2 for 2, Elysium is shaping up to be as good or better than Yes. I'm really looking forward to hearing it in full
