I didn't think it was worth getting, but the other day I had some extra money and I figured I might as well just buy it since it is, after all, a PSB-related record. I figured I was going to hate it, but I listened to Neil's CD and fell in love. Chris's CD is questionable though, but Neil's CD is amazing.

I bought BTM on Sat. and really enjoyed it! Well, Chris' choices anyway - really shows some of his inspiration. Sadly Neil's is very dull and can't find many of the 'synth tracks' very easy listening at all to be honest...

Anyone think 'Take A Chance' sounds like the intro to Love comes quickly??

I still find Chris´s one better. :D

I not properly listened to either of them. Both CDs are a bit boring...

At first I wasn´t going to buy it but finally someone gave it to me as a present. After few listenings I can say it is worth to listen to it if you want to know what kind of music may inspire the boys and check if their taste is similar to one´s taste. I think Chris CD is good but Neil´s one it´s even better. Very different. :)

Well yes, certainly ... sorry.

A friend of mine who's a teacher replied
when being asked which CD she prefers:
It depends on what I'm doing, when I'm
sitting in my room marking class tests I
prefer listening to Neils choices and when
I'm doing some homework in the house-
hold myself I prefer Chris' CD ... :D

@native speakers: Do you say 'mark class
tests' or 'correct class tests' or ... ?

Just to add my thoughts (for what it's worth and all that)

- it's a great CD set (both CDs are fantastic)
- they both contained a lot of tracks I'd never heard before, including good tracks by people I'd never liked before - I mean, who'd have thought that Queen would have done a good track?
- Some of the tracks are absolutely essential listening for a bit of background info on the PSBs - especially the Bobby O tracks and some of the classical ones on Neil's CD

Having said all that, I've not listened to either for ages... but my point stands, they are both great.

Isn't funny How peoples are different...

Cos ... I truly Seriously (without puttin my PSB passion to fronT) like both of them . 2 different cd for 2 different mood ... Neil's choice R quite strong... Chris's R (to my ears) really pasionnate songs ...

Anyway....

Taste R quite hard 2 discuss....

I was on soulseek the other day, and found 3 BONUS TRACKS - remixes of the first 3 tracks of Chris' cd.... were these released with the cd?
