Album with cover versions of PSB songs

Some question for the people from South- or middle America I think:

do any of you know this guy, who covered a few PSB songs for an entire album? I attached a pic with the album cover.

no but I listened to the samples on Itunes.the verses on West End girls are kinda embarresing as he doesnt pronounce words correctly. he calls "a dive bar" a drive bar.

he sounds sorta good on heart and go west, and the songs sound pretty competant music wise but the reviews for it have been devastating on the I-tunes review section. might get around to buying a couple if I get desperate enough.
