I know you can get them off e-bay, but where have the sellers got them from?

Most of my merchandise have those re-sealable covers on them but that does not make the item sealed. Promos dont come sealed! This item is not sealed. It is put in a resealable bag. Give the seal thing a rest or I might just piss you off going full on about seals ok? Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
