techno/trance/house artists don't like PSB?

#1 Post by dannii »

usually this kind of music is full of covers from 80's
PSB's songs aren't covered in this style
no DJ has covered any song by PSB; seems like they don't find their tunes so interesting

i only know about one and it was massive in clubs last year:

''It's a sin'' by X-Perience; it's been released only on vinyl in 2002 and has been massive hit in clubs 'cause Groove Coverage remixed it
I like when PSB music is treated in that way (I mean like this cover and remixes in hard trance style) but there's no other covers except this

how do you feel about that?

Quite recent remixes:

Stering Void - 'It's Alright (Chris Lake Remix)'

Linus Loves - 'One More Chance'

DJ Quicksilver 'Always on my mind'
Chris: "I don't really like MP3's. It's like having a 1 megapixel digital camera."

Click for PSB | Euphoric (rarely updated now)

wow, DavePSB - thank you so much!
i hope these are available on LimeWire
but anyway, I think they're not getting much respect from DJ's and they really should 'cause they've released so much great tunes back in 80's...

That's their track, and not PSB's though.

i've found Starchaser's version - it's nothing special
btw, I couldn't find these other two anywhere - are they anything special?

Sorry to drag up an oldish thread but the Starchaser - West End Girls (Dino Lenny and Rob Aker mix) was played as the last track on my fav Radio 1 show 'The Blue Room' on Easter Monday at 5.55am  a little warped sounding :?

Listen again...you need to skip to the end to hear it (around 2hr 54mins)

Sash did a naff version of Go West in 1998, it was on some World Cup comp. The majority of trance cover versions, ted to be a bit basic and naff though.
