First of all, it's not personal. Personal ones are Behaviour, Bilingual, Release... This is not, it's on another topic reflected in its title. Fundamental's not personal either it's very political.

I don't think the topic of it is Neil/Chris's own drug hell.
It's a kind of musical or a story told by Mr.Tennant where he's playing the role:)
I dunno... I mean, Neil and Chris are 'officially' against drugs, but you'd want to be completely naive at this stage to think they've never used them.

Of course Neil isn't going to say the album is about HIS drugs hell.

It's like when you go into the chemist to buy something embarassing.

'This haemorroid cream, KY Jelly and chocolate-flavour condoms are not for me.... they're for a friend'.

'This drugs hell album is not about me... it's about a friend'.

Yeah, right Mr T.

I was at the Oxford Union in 1995 when Neil did a Q&A session for uni students:

Q. "Which drugs have you taken?"
Neil: "I've never taken heroin"
Love comes quickly, but is a catastrophe and a bourgeois construct etc.

That proves something. You could have asked him what he has taken then. :D

RELEASE is a great album....NIGHTLIFE is good....
Well I think that their worst album (even if we can't consider it as an album) is DISCO 2!!! :x
We're concerned, you're a threat. You are NOT INTEGRAL to the project...
