It blows my mind that they'll commission remixes like this and then not make them widely available on CD. If a DJCulturemix strategy isn't on the cards within a few weeks they should fire whoever's in charge of losing them money. Maybe we'll get a great compilation like the singles that used to come out in the US ... but they haven't had one since New York City boy so I'm not holding my breath.

What really kills me is that in situations like this they don't make the promo CD available for sale via the official site or issue it to fanclub members as a Christmas gift. There's an incredible backlog of mixes only available on promo or vinyl that could be put out as fanclub CDs with very little investment.

Absolutely insane. PSB need to learn a lesson from Saint Etienne - four full albums and a bunch of singles for their fanclub members.

I actually told neil this a while back on the questions section.he said yes they were about to start a e-commerce site but IMO its still a shadow of what it should be.

Well if someone ends up with MP3s I certainly would love to hear about it, even if I wouldn't ask to violate forum policy. ;)

I just got hold of the MP3's of the Studio Master. The Max Tundra Mix (it has a hiphop meets 'the final countdown' feel to it) and the PSB Maxi-mix are very good. The Abe Duque en Melnyk mixes are a bit bland...too bad there are som clicks in the Max Tundra Mix

The only really decent remix is the PSB maxi-mix. The others are pretty dull and uninspiring. The Melnyk one is listenable but fairly mediorce.

And yes, The extended mix of The Ressurectionist is banging!

Sounds like the usual remix crap then :-/

Ah, I gave up on remixes after Can You Forgive Her?
