Anyone got the lyrics for this, i truely love the song and a few parts are a bit hazy to work out!

It sounds like a reference to Burke and Hare who were grave robbers in the 1800's. I know Neil is getting on but I don't think he's quite that old

He (Neil) said it was inspired by a book that he's been reading...can't remember which interview it was or what book, sorry

Certain "medical scientists" to used to acquire bodies from hospitals in order to perform their own procedures on them.

Hansom cabs can be seen in any Basil Rathbone Sherlock Holmes film - he and Watson used them all the time!

I guess I am getting bored with the usual routine lyrics about love that seem to dominate most songs on the radio that its always nice to have lyricists like neil who can make intelligent songs about weird subjects.
