I'm from Spain and I just bought the 3 formats today. It looks like it was released yesterday. The singles & albums are generally released on Monday here, but not this time.

I love The Resurrectionist and Girls Don't Cry. The Resurrectionist should have made it into the album, it's amazing.

I turned the booklet of the DVD, so the cover now is the inside picture with the two lights shining.
