Songs in my head

#1 Post by kimphilby »

Having been 'spinning' Fundamental for a week now, these are the tracks I can't get out of my head. If I'm not humming one, it's another:

Minimal - M-I-N-I-M-A-L. The stand out cannot get out of my head track off the album. Love this one so much.

Numb - YEP! Being singing this to myself on a fairly regular basis. Wouldn't it be ironic (& so PSB) for the single none of the fans buy, and that the boys didn't write, to be their biggest hit for years?!

Luna Park - Was singing this one to myself shortly after hearing that Swedish radio rip. Still there, inside my head.

Casanova In Hell - Have woken up with this in my head every day for the last few (was Minimal before then). Especially the big end and the Banarama-esque "whoo hoo woo hoo" bits.

Twentieth Century - "We're better together, together, together". Such a catchy little ditty. Miserablism meets It Must Be Obvious.

Integral - "Your body, my body, everybody move your body". And Always got that cheesey instrumental bit in my head.

i like that idea, two of their greatest b-sides meeting head on to make a total equal to the sum of it's parts.
" ...but what i do like, i love passionately.."

I've always got Twentieth Century in my head mostly. 'Sometimes' etc

Also Luna Park 'And when we're getting higher we're happy'

Both when i'm walking down the Street or when i'm at work i'm humming or whistling one or the other. Also that 'I'm all alone again' part lol.
Cat...

Mostly "Casanova in Hell" for some reason... it's got a lovely melody.
"I'm with stupid" and "Integral"...

The ones that get stuck in my head most are Numb, and the choruses of Minimal, Sodom & Gomorrah Show and Integral.

Totally agreed. Been trying to think for weeks what track Integral reminded me of and this is it!

I had minimal in my head for days.
Agree with Numb too - it would be ironic if this was a massive hit.

I can't get S&G out of my head. sun-sex-sin-divine-intervention-death&destruction... it's in my cd, it's in my laptop, it's in my car, it's in my head! (the way neil pronounces "divine" at times sounds like "design" though. and it throws me off when I'm singing along!).

CIH is a close second. though the M-I-N-I-M-A-L refrain is kinda in there as well (gosh that was hard to type!)
I wooooooooooooooood if I cooooooood...
