OT: The standard of living is not excellent compared to most western countries, that is just an image Sweden like to project. (It used to be true in the 60s-70s) The average monthly income for women in Sweden (most women have to work) is less than USD 2,000. Minus taxes of one third and VAT of 25% on most things you buy. One in five housholds have an income below the poverty level and depend on the government.
